Let it be known that on November 11 the Veterans Board of Directors has chosen a veteran of the year
Be it further known that this recognition has been conferred on the Veteran of the year because of community involvement, service to fellow Veteran and loyalty to family
Be it further known that this distinction entitles recipient to all the rights and privileges afforded by the Veterans community
